First and foremost drinking ample water is very necessary for our body and skin. Keeping yourself hydrated will not only help the skin to fight aging but also it’ll give your skin a natural glow. Ignoring water will result in rough and wrinkled skin.
Sleeping With the Make Up On
The most common problem with girls is that after an exhausting night out we are too tired or forget to remove our make up as a result it leads to clogged pores and bacterial Infection which causes acne. Moreover the residue that stays on the bedsheet or pillow can even make you sick. For a quick clean up keep these Neutrogena Cleaning Wipes, which I use to clean my makeup when I am too tired to wash my face.
Taking Long, Hot Shower
Occasionally taking those steamy showers is great but staying under hot water for long actually strips the outer layer of cells covering the skin. When you start to feel itchy or your skin start to turn red, it’s time for you to step out of the shower.
